TGT ADU Advisory provides independent feasibility analysis and advisory services for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADUs). Our services include:

• Zoning and site constraint analysis
• ADU/DADU eligibility assessment
• Feasibility reports with go/no-go recommendations
• Identification of potential setbacks and green lights

Important: Our services are advisory only. We do not provide:

• Architectural design services
• Construction services
• Permitting representation
• Legal advice
• Engineering services

Our feasibility reports are based on publicly available information and our independent analysis. Final determinations regarding ADU construction are made by local permitting authorities.

Our feasibility analysis service is provided for a flat fee of $250 with a 48-hour turnaround. Payment is required before the report is delivered. All fees are non-refundable once the analysis has begun.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an inquiry. This includes your property address, contact information, and any relevant details about your property. Inaccurate information may affect the accuracy of our analysis.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and reports, is the property of TGT ADU Advisory and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

TGT ADU Advisory provides feasibility analysis based on available information at the time of the report. We are not liable for:

• Changes in zoning laws or regulations after the report date
• Undisclosed property conditions or restrictions
• Decisions made by permitting authorities
• Any losses arising from your reliance on our analysis

Our maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the service.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
